Returns and Refunds

At Blue Blk, we’re committed to delivering wearable art that you’ll love. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help! Please review our return and refund policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• The item must include all original packaging, if applicable.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

• Incorrect sizes selected by the customer.

• Personalized or custom-printed items, unless there is a defect.


Refund Policy

• Immediate refunds are issued for:

• Items that arrive damaged, defective, or with printing errors.

• Items that are significantly different from the description or images.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


How to Request a Return or Refund

1. Contact Us:

• Email us at vibes@blueblk.com within 14 days of delivery. Include the following:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Photos of the item, showing the defect or damage (if applicable).

2. Approval:

• Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval:

• Check with your bank or credit card provider.
